Batul is a natural entrepreneur. At a young age
he started of in the world of fashion,
with his own brand.

During a meditation holiday in India in 1997 he drew his first sketch of a bracelet. In the beginning it was just for fun but popularity of his strong and solid jewellery turned it into a ‘serious business’.

Now he owns a jewellery company which is internationally renowned and still growing substantially.

Batul has a great eye for talent and a skill for bringing out the best in people, which helps him seize opportunities and make him both a successful and fascinating entrepreneur.

Osiris is one of Holland’s most talented designers. He designs events, identities, interiors and objects in a unique and fresh way.

Batul and Osiris met in 2001 and discovered an immediate synergy. Since then the Buddha to Buddha collection has grown with fabulously designed bracelets, rings and necklaces. But besides designing chic items of jewellery, Osiris is also responsible for the presentation of Buddha to Buddha. Together with Batul he takes care of the ‘look and feel’ of the brand in print, photography, film and shop presentation.

His input in design and as creative director has taken Buddha to Buddha onto a higher plane.
