ONLINE STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE

 

As the Online Store customer service employee you will be part of the customer service team and will work closely with the E-commerce manager in order to optimize & professionalize our Online store. You will be responsible for complete the operational order flow and customer service of our Online store. This includes the management of in time order processing and fulfillment, Customer Care, setting professional customer service standards and the management of Online store content.

You have passion for delivering perfect customer service to the online consumer, providing premium quality customer service through their complete order flow experience. Customers include both Dutch as well as international customers.

 

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Operational responsibility for correct and in-time webshop orderflow & deliveries
  • Responsible for 360˚ Customer Care for the Online store (telephone, e-mail, Social media)
  • Processing returns and return payments
  • Manage online stock
  • Webshop content management
  • Professionalizing & optimizing current processes & customer service level

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • College level education (MBO+/HBO), preferably in business/ economics
  • Working knowledge of Dutch and English written and spoken, any other language is a plus. Able to professionally communicate at business and service level
  • You have a service oriented, “can do” and constructive attitude
  • Experience in a similar function
  • You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service to end customers
