SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (FT)

The Account Manager is responsible for the sales performance of the jewelry collection. The Account Manager is able to sell to existing customers and continue to expand opportunities. Managing and inspiring them in order to achieve brand, company and strategy objectives. He or she has full insight and knowledge of the status of the brand, has highly qualified competences for figures and facts and acts out of strategic (sales) perspective. He or she manages the brand in a sustainable and profitable way for the whole territory.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and control activities and sales to hit the sales target and desired profit margin
  • Responsible for achieving all country goals and wholesale activities
  • Achieve sustainable, long and short term growth
  • Ensure regular seasonal visits to the retailer are conducted and documented
  • Recommend changes that would improve effectiveness of achieving the objectives of the company 

  • Develop and maintain productive, effective and professional relationships with retailers in the market
  • Will be reporting directly to the Salesmanager Benelux of Buddha to Buddha. Will have frequent one on one discussions with the Salesmanager to discuss progress on own business goals and personal development.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • +3 years of relevant and progressive experience in sales management
  • driven for results, good communication and negotiation skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • team player (short communication lines with Buddha to Buddha HQ, Sales and Marketing)
  • hands –on mentality
  • representative for the brand
  • deadline driven
  • proven track record of retailers in jewelry is a pré
