Return

If you, with any reason, are dissatisfied  about you’re online purchase, please send the unused items back within 14  days after delivery. Purchases in the official Buddha to Buddha online store (www.buddhatobuddha.com) can’t be returned or exchanged at other stores.


Fill in the attached return form fully and enclose this to your return package. Bring your package to a post office and make sure you have enough postage. You’ll receive a Track & Trace number as a confirmation. Buddha to Buddha will refund the shipping costs to your bank account, after receiving your package.

Exchange conditions

After receiving, your package will be verified. Make sure the labels are still attached! Items who are worn visibly, damaged or are in unacceptable conditions will not be accepted.  In that case your return will not be accepted and will be returned.

Buddha to Buddha reimburse all payments to the costumer, including any delivery charges charged by Buddha to Buddha for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days after the day on which the consumer notifies him revocation (time of dissolution). The reimbursement is free for the costumer. If the customer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, Buddha to Buddha does not have to repay the additional costs for the more expensive method. Buddha to Buddha used to repay to the same card that the costumer, unless the consumer agrees to a different method.

Exchange

After receiving your return, Buddha to Buddha will proceed it. If you want to exchange the item it will be exchanged within 7 days, if the item is in stock. If not, you will get an email with further information.

Refund
