Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is placed, Buddha to Buddha will process your order as soon as possible. You are responsible for entering the correct name, address, and other details. Buddha to Buddha cannot be held liable for errors made in the address, email address, etc., during the ordering process.

Items in stock will be shipped immediately. In rare cases, if an item cannot be delivered despite being available on the webshop (this can happen when a large quantity of orders are placed at the same time), we will contact you after receiving the order. If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to change or cancel your order, please send an email to support@buddhatobuddha.com. Our customer service is also reachable via WhatsApp: +31 (0)6-21338778. (Available between Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM).

Any shortages or damage must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. If an order has not been delivered after 5 business days, please contact us. After 3 weeks, any missing shipments will no longer be processed.

Our jewelry is delivered in sustainable packaging made from bio-foam. Created from ingredients sourced from the earth such as (potato) starch, cellulose fibers, and organic binder. These packages reduce the carbon footprint by up to 90% and are therefore 100% biodegradable. The production of these packages requires little water and energy and can be industrially composted. The material is bio-based and non-toxic.

Shipping methods
If you place an order on weekdays (Monday to Friday) before 3:30 PM, you will receive the order the next day (within the Netherlands and Belgium). Your order is packed and shipped with the utmost care to the delivery address you provided. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send your order directly to a pickup point. Shipments are sent in the Netherlands and Belgium with DHL. European shipments are sent with DHL Parcel Connect. Shipments outside Europe are delivered by DHL Express.

You can track your order with the track & trace code you receive by email. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier can deliver the package to the neighbors or a package point near you. In some cases, the package is offered again the next business day. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

Delivery conditions Netherlands and Belgium

• Delivery with DHL. 
• Free home delivery for orders above €50. For orders under €50, the shipping costs are €3.99. If you choose for 'DHL Evening Delivery', you'll pay an additional fee of €2.99.
• Orders placed on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 3:30 PM, will be delivered the next business day (standard shipping). 
• If you choose for the shipping method 'DHL Evening Delivery' and you place your order before 10:00 AM on a business day, your package will be delivered the same day (between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM).
• When choosing a not-at-home preference or for delivery of the package to an agreed place, Buddha to Buddha is not liable for damage, loss, or theft.

Delivery with DHL (standard shipping):
If you place an order on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 3:30 PM, we will ship your order the same day with DHL. DHL will come by the next working day between 8:30 AM and 10:00 PM. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered by DHL to your neighbors or a nearby DHL point. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow the shipment. If you place an order on Friday after 3:30 PM or in the weekend, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Easily follow your shipment in the DHL app and always stay informed about the status of your package!

Any delays with the delivery services are beyond our control. 

Delivery with DHL Evening Delivery:
If you choose for 'DHL Evening Delivery', you will pay an additional fee of €2.99. If you place an order on weekdays (Monday through Friday) before 10:00 AM, your order will be delivered the same day (between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM). The DHL driver will always deliver the package to your door. If you are not home, the package will be left with your neighbors. Evening delivery via DHL is unfortunately not possible on the Wadden Islands and in Belgium. If you place an order on Friday (after 10:00 AM) or during the weekend, your order will be delivered Monday evening from 5:00 PM.

Exceptions regarding delivery times in the Netherlands and Belgium:

• Orders placed on Friday evening and in the weekend are processed and shipped on Monday.
• Any pre-orders of (new) items may have a longer delivery time. The delivery time is stated on the product page of the respective item.
• If you choose a piece of jewelry including an engraving, the delivery time may take 3 to 5 working days.

Different delivery times during holidays:

Christmas Day and Boxing Day: Thursday, December 25, and Friday, December 26, 2025
All orders placed after 3:30 PM on Wednesday, December 24, will be shipped on Monday, December 29.

Delivery terms for other countries

• European shipments are sent with DHL Parcel Connect.
• Outside Europe, shipments are delivered with DHL Express.
• Delivery times depend on the country.

Rates
Germany: Free home delivery from €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs are €3.99.
England: Free home delivery from £100. For orders under £100, shipping costs are £14.99. 
America: Free home delivery from $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs are $19.99.
Other countries within and outside the EU: Free home delivery from €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are shown at checkout, which varies by country.

Holidays
During holidays and peak periods such as Black Friday, Sinterklaas, Christmas, and New Year, expect longer processing and delivery times. Our contact page will indicate when we are closed.

Duties and taxes
For orders shipped to an address outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be payable. These are levied upon delivery of the shipment to the specified delivery address. You are responsible for payment of these import duties and taxes. We point out that Buddha to Buddha has no control over these costs, and since they vary by country, we cannot predict the amount. We recommend contacting your local customs for further information.

Please note: Due to Brexit, orders from the UK will not be shipped for the time being.
