After receiving your order, Buddha to Buddha will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly. Should the unexpected occur that, despite the words "in stock", the product is not available (this might occur in the exceptional case of two equal orders), we will contact you immediately. You will be informed about the expected delivery, or maybe you have seen an alternative product. If an item is not deliverable right away, than you will be informed by email about the expected delivery time. Did you ordered a wrong item or you want something else? Shipping methods

If you order before 5PM (CET), you will receive the order the next business day (within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom and Luxembourg). Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by either UPS, DHL or Redjepakketje, depending on the country, and will be sent by registered mail. You can track your order with a Track and Trace-number that you automatically receive by email from us. Somebody needs to sign the package by delivery. If you are not at home by delivery of your package, your package will be delivered again the next working day. Depending on which shipping company, they will try to deliver your package twice. If you’re not at home with the 2nd delivery, the package will be send back to Buddha to Buddha. In this case you need to contact Buddha to Buddha yourself to arrange a new deliver appointment. Delivery conditions in the Netherlands and Belgium

  • Ordered on workdays before 11:59 pm, next day delivery *
  • Delivery with DHL (NL and BE), evening delivery with Redjepakketje (NL)
  • Always sent by registered mail
  • When not at home, offered again next working day (then return to Buddha to Buddha)

* Not when orders are placed before 23:59 hours (Mon-Thu) and the evening delivery is chosen. Then the package goes with Redjepakketje and it is delivered in the evening.

* Due to Brexit, orders from the UK will not be shipped for the time being.

** Not when orders are placed before 23:59 hours (Mon-Thu) and the evening delivery is chosen. Then the package goes with Redjepakketje and it is delivered in the evening.

*If you order before 11:59 pm on business days, the items will be delivered the following business day in the evening, ONLY when you opt for RJP evening delivery. You can click this option during checkout with the shipping method.

** You can choose to have the package delivered at 11 a.m. in the morning. This delivery option costs € 5, - euro. However, the service "Ordered before 23:59, next day delivery at home" expires as the package will only be processed later. You can therefore expect your package one business day later. If you place your order on Friday after office hours, your package will be delivered Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. You can click this option during checkout with the shipping method.
***You can also choose to have the package delivered to a DHL delivery point. However, the service "Ordered before 23:59, next day delivery at home" expires. When the package has been delivered here you will receive an SMS and / or email. You have 5 days to collect the package. If you do not pick it up, the package will be sent back to Buddha to Buddha. You can click this option during checkout with the shipping method.

Holidays

Due to public holidays, you must take into account a longer processing time in order to avoid any disappointment. We will communicate via our webshop when we are closed.

Duties and taxes

Please note: For orders shipped to an address outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be possible when shipping to the specified delivery address. You are responsible for paying these import duties and taxes. We would like to point out that Buddha to Buddha has no control over these costs and, because these differ per country, Buddha to Buddha cannot predict the amount. Buddha to Buddha recommends that you contact the special customs for further information.
